Where
does ACI export to?
It might be easier to have a list of where we have not shipped
product. Some recent shipments have gone to; Sweden, China, Norway,
Chile, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Japan,
Australia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, etc. We'll ship anywhere
the carriers will deliver.
How
long does it take to deliver my order?
ACI products require a considerable degree of handcraftsmanship. All
ACI speakers undergo extensive measurements and testing before final
packaging and shipment. If everything is in-stock, we are normally
able to be ready for shipping in two to seven working days. Check
with the carrier for details, but most shipments take 3-10 days in
transit. Note, we must deliver USPS shipments directly to the
local Post Office. We normally do this once or twice a week.
Are
shipments insured?
Yes, we insure for the full amount.
Why
does ACI sell direct rather than through distributors?
Import distributors add a significant mark up. This would more than
double your cost on ACI products! We've successfully pioneered the
consumer-direct model for over 30 years. Now, you can see how many
other well-known audio companies have jumped on the bandwagon.
Does
the 30 day money-back guarantee still apply?
Yes, you will get a full-refund on product that is returned in new
condition in original packing. You are responsible for all shipping
charges if anything is returned. Contact service@audioc.com

What
about warranty work?
Full warranty applies. Most importantly, ACI products are built to a
very hgh standard and are extremely reliable. Problems are extremely
rare. In the rare case of a problem, ACI speakers are designed for
ease of repair in the field. For example, woofers and tweeters are
easy to remove and swap out.
