We are currently maintaining our ACI
Audio Forum, this is the most current source of info
and a place where other users can assist.
ACI products were built to be extremely reliable
and failure is rare. In the event of damage, we are in the
process of arranging the means to have the product serviced.
Examples include; sources for replacement or repaired drivers
and subwoofer amplifiers.
For powered subwoofer amplifiers:
If you have a hum issue, FIRST check the following FAQ: Hum
Faq For other issues, our OEM Manufacturer has graciously
agreed to provide ongoing service at the rate of $50/hr. Most
issues can be repaired in one to three hours. If you know
anything about normal electronics repair costs, this is VERY
reasonable. Please understand they are under no obligation to
provide service, so treat them with the respect they deserve.
