The important thing to remember about policies is that they are flexible.
ALWAYS keep the customer's best interests in mind. Going out of our way
for customers is what builds a loyal customer base.

ACI has the best warranty in the business. The first part is our 30
day money-back guarantee. IMPORTANT: we can always be flexible on the
amount of time given before a customer may return. Always better to extend this
period than "rush a decision". Encourage the customer to fully
break-in the speakers, etc. The best speakers don't necessarily
"dazzle" immediately. The longer you listen, the more they satisfy.
Second part of the warranty is our standard
five-year replacement-repair warranty. The main thing to
keep in mind is that we always try to make any repair or replacement just as
quickly and as easy as possible for the customer.
The 3rd pair of our warranty really sets us apart. It is called Total
Assurance Guarantee, and it means we REALLY take care of
everything for the first year! Nobody else covers the customer like this . . .

Crossover Quality
Early on in our 26-year history, ACI made pretty good money
selling various passive crossover components. As our R&D became stronger, we
began to take a hard look, (listen), to various passive components. 20
years later will sum it up by saying "Do
not believe 1/5 of what you hear about the "sound" of passive
components." Passive components represent one of the most
profitable segments of hi-fi. ACI has always been about If a more expensive
part improves the sound proportionately, you can be darn sure we'll use it. All
the parts we use are very carefully selected for what we feel to be the optimum
performance, sound, and long-term reliability. Very important: All crossover
parts are matched within a fraction of 1% per stereo pair. The industry
standard is only 10%!
