Always remember:

It's not just what you say, it is HOW you say it. Be confident, you know we have some of the very finest products available, the best values, and terrific customer service. Think of the many times you have heard how great our products/service are from customers.The person you're speaking with deserves the best! 

Always make the customer feel good about calling. Build a relationship and we gain a customer.

Listen carefully. Get a clear picture of what the customer REALLY wants. 

Ask for something from the customer. It is a funny thing, but this builds loyalty! 
Ask for: more info about their system, their musical tastes, their room etc.
Ask them to go on-line and "spread the word"
Ask them to send us a quote we can use

I think you should speak with Mike about this. He's the head of design and can best help you. He teaches full-time, so he can be a bit hard to reach. Best way is often by Email.
